My Journey

I was born in Nuwakot district of Nepal and currently staying at Tarkeshwor, Kathmandu. I had my childhood and study in Kathmandu, I started my technical journy After completing my SLC/SEE. During my tenure, I was initially engaged in the repair and maintenance of mobile phones, computers, laptops, and other devices. Subsequently, I established a vocational training institute and undertook interactive multimedia development projects, in addition to offering various IT services. Then I prioritize broadcasting and AV productions with IT that many of you already familiar with. Today, I am a skilled professional specialized for multi-platform Broadcasting and Streaming with best transmission and I/O experience for online and offline i.e: Audio Visual Production, Streaming/Broadcasting, Transmission, Hybrid/Virtual event Tech, Event Design. Since 2011, I had taken all the recurrent projects with major national and international events, including tough and complex media production projects as a Sequence Designer, Head of the Department and Head of Technology. There are countless number of possibilities in nation but we are truly not able to address those as work. There are revolutionary entrepreneurs raising today with futuristic vision and services. I found myself technically co organizing the communication between different geographical locations with unpredictable devices, out of sight connectivity and bringing together unknown users along with unknown levels of their expertise. There are alot of techniques, technology and innovations up in the planet developed for bridging human connectivity. According to the need of use, technological arrangement of real world events combined to virtual participation is possible. A large event requires a large plan and preparation. Hybrid events are my challenge to make them not different from real events but as symmetric as people saw last time in real events.

Not having proper selection, combination or accuracy pays a lot in the field of signal transmission. Real time transmission of source data to destination without interruption with mediums like Wire, Fiber, RF, Satelight, Internet and so on brings a transmission to its operation. i:e: Live streaming to web destinations, pushing signals to broadcast stations, Connecting geographical distance, Stabilized corporate communication, Transmitted A/V security signals, simultaneous monitoring system, etc.

The complete sequence of imaging is started with simple planning and ends with high skill work. Every shoot is different and every equipment is different too but putting them together in proper order we can take amazing images or sequences of images(Video). Mastering various theories, rules, techniques, tools, guidelines with countless experiments, treatment and unlimited learning makes a dream photographer and videographer. Recreating the living experience with the help of computers, dedicated softwares and graphic equipment, here we make live movement to the object, add anything to existing shot, unreal effect to the destruction, improvising scene and sequence, etc. People are more likely to feel the disconnection in flow of A/V these days. With the help of digital modernization we can easily evaluate every shot we need in our A/V. We choose and improvise the best part, find out and correct disconnections or create everything from scratch within a computer. Maintaining the flow of story is key to any A/V production and it feels heavenly working to get most out of every story

Imagine yourself being filmed with a camera inside a studio and see yourself in the preview screen being in a stage, huge news studio, VVIP meeting room, middle of the deadly ocean, top of the mountain or anything you could imagine. Yes, this is Mixed reality. It is primarily used to superimpose the person to any imaginary, recreated or pre captured environment. This is a highly technical workflow requiring high end computing, world class devices, skilled manpower and more. I am producing events like Stage Shows, Commercials, TV Program, Cinematics, Corporate launching, Announcements, etc directly from the studio. How far can you imagine?

You might have taken a photo, video or a small clip of audio in your handy device. Have you ever felt unsatisfied with those photos, videos or audio? Whispering a small secret only for you, pros shoot things in minimal detail ( low saturation, low sharpness,low contrast, etc) and they are increased and improvised fully in post-production. Similar as you just knew, I have been color grading various images and videos during my work. Remember, not only images are brought to post production but sounds also require mastering to have pleasant, consistent and wider range of playback. If you feel a faded, noisy, dark or unclear image it's time to correct it.

The main purpose of development is minimizing human effort. Having a tracking and scheduling system is a shortcut to my work. Having your own online service gives more flexibility to work, performance and monitoring.
